Certified Public Accountant, Florida, 1983. He is a member of the Collier County and American Bar Associations; The Florida Bar; American Institute of Certified Public Accountants; Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
He is a Board Certified Tax Lawyer (since 1990) and a Board Certified Wills, Trusts and Estates Attorney (since 1990) (one of less than 30 in the state of Florida) (Florida Bar Board of Certification). He was the creator of the original Florida Intangible Avoidance Tax trust known as the Flint™ Trust.
