
Charles M. Kelly, Jr. graduated from Florida Southern College (B.S. 1979); Cumberland School of Law (J.D., 1983); University of Miami (LL.M. in Estate Planning, 1985); Certified Public Accountant, Florida, 1983. He is a member of the Collier County and American Bar Associations; The Florida Bar; American Institute of Certified Public Accountants; Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
He is a Board Certified Tax Lawyer (since 1990) and a Board Certified Wills, Trusts and Estates Attorney (since 1990) (Florida Bar Board of Certification). He was the creator of the original Florida Intangible Avoidance Tax trust known as the Flint™ Trust.
